Self-care is essential for our overall wellbeing and happiness. Ask yourself the following questions before committing to an act of self-care: Is this beneficial? Why am I doing it? Do I truly appreciate myself in taking action on my own needs, desires, or goals? Will engaging with these actions regularly lead me closer towards true growth and appreciation for who I am as a person?
